Munchie Mug Review and GIVEWAY

If you have a toddler you know that playing with food is one of their favorite things to do, and it is fun to let them do it sometime, but not all the time. I get tired of picking up some gold fish from the floor all the time.

I did it last year and I am planning on keep doing it for a long time. I dressed Lucas with my husband's shirt and tie and got some pictures for his Father's Day card.

Summer Fun

We had a fun play dater yesterday at my house. At the end of the day, the 3 kids were exhausted. They had so much fun, playing together. We had a great live band playing for us. Lucas was the guitar player, Beckah the piano player and Sophia was our cute dancer.
Later we went to our small pool at the backyard and they had a blast there. Meanwhile, us, the parents, were chatting, laughing and watching our little ones playing.

Summer Vacation

Hi, I am out for our Summer Vacation, and that is why I am not here all the time like I used to be, but I will be back soon.
I am keeping myself busy with Lucas, our new puppy ( she is really keeping me busy all the time, LOL) and decorating our Baby Girl's room, at least thinking about it.

So, I promise to you guys,  I will be back with lots of ideas, new activities and cute pictures soon. Please, be patient with me, LOL

We are now trying to book a trip for next week or so, any ideas? I would love to go to the beach. Any suggestion?

World Cup 2010

I have no words to describe how much I would LOVE to be in Brazil for the World Cup. The only way for you to understand what that means to us in Brazil is going there and sees it with your eyes. Stores, schools, banks, and everything else close during the days that Brazil is playing, but bars. Bars will be open all day and night. People go to the streets to celebrate. Most of the bars will have something going on for hours and hours after the game. The city is all dressed up in green and yellow. 

In my city, usually they close one of the most important streets in the city, so cars are not allowed there on the day of the game, and we can party all day long. 

The other day, my mother in law sent the Brazilian Official Soccer Uniform for Lucas. When I got the box and saw it, even though I knew what was inside, I started crying, maybe it is the pregnancy crying, LOL.

Birmingham Children's Theater - Goldilocks and the Three Bears

I went today to Birmingham Children’s Theater to see Goldilocks and the Three Bears with a friend and her 2 sweet daughters and we had a great time.  Lucas did not blink, at least for the first 30 min of the show. He loved it. He loved the music, the movement, the color, and the noisy. He was trying to figure out where the noises were coming from, like a dog barking or water running.

In the end we got the chance to take pictures with the Three Bears. Lucas did not want to touch them, but at the same time he did not want to leave. He was fine just watching them from my lap, LOL.

Our New Baby.

We got a lovely surprise this weekend. A very good friend of ours, very special family that we love gave us this cute little puppy. Lucas could not stop smiling since that. He is so happy with his new friend. He wants to hold her all the time. She already learned that she needs to keep her eyes opened around him, lol. Her name is Lilly.

I love this weather!!! I know it is hot and it is just the beginning of Summer, but I love it!!!
Last week, Lucas and I went to the park to play. For the first time I remembered to take some bread for the fishes. Lucas feed the fishes and had so much fun counting them and finding them in that dirty water.
There were a lot of kids at the park today, well, it is Summer time!!! Lucas loves to watch the big kids playing and he is always learning something with them, bad or good.
He was so cute with his charm cap today that I could not resist and took tones of pictures of him. He is my favorite for the day.
