Christmas is here already, at least in my house. I took my Christmas stuff out of the garage and started decorating my house last week. I always like to have the Christmas tree up and shinning on my birthday.
When my son was taking his nap I decided to work on my Christmas tree, listening to some Christmas song to get on the mood. An hour later my tree looked great. I love it. I couldn’t wait for Lucas to be up to see it.
I got Lucas on his crib and told him that I had a surprise for him. He was smiling at me and curious to see what I was talking about. As soon as he saw the tree, he jumped out of my hands and…………OH OH.
That was enough for me to realize that I need to buy some non breakable ornaments for our tree. He, in less than one second, with all his curiosity that I love, almost put our tree down.
So here we go, shopping for kids friendly ornaments. We did found some great stuff and had a great time looking for it.
Our tree is up and shinning again, so I decided to do my assignment for this week. Take a picture of a Christmas tree ornament. I have been reading a little about photographing Christmas tree, light ornaments and I will be posting some of my assignment here every week.
Have a great Week!!!

Gift Can
I created a simple gift using pictures to give to family and friends. To make this "gift in a can", all you will need is an empty can, some paper, scissor, glue, tape, bag, and a nice picture. I used a picture that I took of Lucas when he was around 6 months old, and I love the expression on his eyes in this picture. Here are the instructions: measure the paper around your can, cut it and glue in your can. Cut the picture round like a Christmas Ornament and use some paper as a frame for it. You can write anything you want in your picture frame. Glue your picture in your can, fill your bag with your homemade cookies and that is it!!! Simple, easy and very cute!!!

I found this website with great baking ideas. I was looking for some Christmas Gift ideas for my friends and family and found this cute and charm cookie jar. Well, now my friends will know what they are getting for Christmas, and I am sure they will love it. It is very easy to make, just follow all the instruction on the website, and while you are there, take your time to look all the great things and ideas that they have. This is so far the most creative and fun website. Have fun!!!!

Holiday Season is almost here. Before we know we will be gathering with our families, friends and everybody else that we love and are important to us.
There are a lot of people that will not have the opportunity to do it so, and that is why help portrait was created. I am a new member of help portrait and I really want to plan an event in my area. That will be my way to help and make a difference in someone's life. Can't wait to start this new project!!! I will keep you posted!!!
Have a great weekend!!!

Happy Hallowenn
I hope everyone had a great Halloween. We took Lucas to the Boo at the Zoo on Friday night and he had so much fun.
I have been trying to take a good picture of him on his costume, but he swims to fast, LOL.
Here is one picture of my Nemo at the Lake.
